Terms of Service

1. The service

RunVPN is operated by Sparrow Tech, Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation. RunVPN provides a virtual private network that encrypts your connection and routes your traffic through our servers to protect your privacy and keep your access stable across devices.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis. Where you subscribe through an app store (App Store, Google Play), billing, renewals and refunds are handled under that store’s terms. Where you pay directly — on the website or in the app through a payment provider, outside the app stores — the service contract is between you and Sparrow Tech, Inc.; payment is processed by the payment provider, and we do not receive or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period; you can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your account settings, in the app store or in the app.

4. Refunds

Access to a VPN subscription is a digital service whose performance begins immediately once payment is confirmed. As a general rule, a paid period is therefore non-refundable once you have started using the service.

A refund is issued where: the service was not actually provided through our fault (for example, a technical failure that leaves the connection unavailable and is not resolved within a reasonable time), or a payment was charged in error or twice.

Send refund requests within 14 days of the payment date to support@runvpn.app, stating your email or account identifier and the payment details. We review requests within 10 business days; if approved, funds are returned via the original payment method. Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges, but a paid period already begun is not pro-rated unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RunVPN for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam or malware, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to resell the service without authorisation. We may limit the number of simultaneous devices per account.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Intellectual property

The RunVPN apps, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond the licence to use the service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
